Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Giftella, we strive to provide high-quality party supplies and excellent customer service. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately at support@giftella.in or call [Your Phone Number].

After Dispatch:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our return policy in case the product is defective or incorrect.

Customized/Personalized Items:
Orders for customized products (such as name banners or printed items) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

2. Return & Replacement
We only accept returns in the following cases:

Wrong product received

Damaged or defective product received

To be eligible for a return, you must:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide video proof of the damaged or incorrect product.

Ensure that the product is unused and in original packaging.

No returns will be accepted for:

Change of mind

Slight color or design variation due to screen/display settings

Used or unboxed products

3. Refunds
Once your return is approved and we receive the product, we will initiate a refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).

In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account details to process the refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

Check your bank account again

Contact your bank or payment provider
